Parents, We need your help collecting important data for our School Improvement Team as we reflect on this school year and write goals for 2014-2015. Please take a few minutes to complete This Survey about your experience as an MPMS parent this year. The questions solicit your rating and feedback regarding communication, instruction, and your child's overall experience at our school. If you have more than one child at MPMS, please take the survey multiple times with each of your children in mind.

Thank you for taking a few minutes of your time to help us better serve our students. - MPMS School Improvement Team

Early Check-Out: Checking Children Out Early: If you need to pick your child up early for an appointment, Please be sure to check them out before 2:30 pm. If you wait until after that time, you run the risk of getting caught in the carpool line. Traditionally the end of the day is a very busy time, so we would like to take care of early check-out before then.
